How long do LVL Lashes last?

LVL Lash treatment lasts between 6-8 weeks. We ask that you don't repeat the treatment less than 6 weeks at a time. This will keep your lashes healthy.

How do I prep for LVL Lashes?

Please come into us mascara-free.

LVL Lashes aftercare

We ask our clients to keep their lashes away from water for 24 hours. You can wear eye make-up the day after the treatment. If you like to wear mascara and eye makeup please use a gentle eye makeup remover or micellar water to remove any eye makeup. Stay away from oil-based makeup removers around the eye area when you have the treatment. We recommend using a lash conditioning serum to keep you lashes healthy and hydrated.

How do I prep for Eyelash Extensions?

Please come into us mascara-free. Unless we are doing refills from our salon please ensure that you do not have any exisiting eyelash extensions on your lashes. If there are any existing lashes we will have to add time to your treatment to remove them.

Can I get LVL Lashes & Lamination Brows while pregnant or breast feeding

Both of these treatments are not recommended during pregnancy. Firstly your hormones can prevent the treatments from working and secondly if you were to have a reaction to any of the products used, you wouldn’t be able to take any medication to help alleviate the reaction.

Can I wear tan to my appointment?

We do not recommend applying tan before your appointment. When applying tint to the brow area that has tan on it, your skin can stain and you will be left with a green hue through the brow. Wax will lift the tan from the skin and your brow area will look lighter than the rest of the face.

What is the Cancellation Policy?

The Loft sws has a strict 24 hour cancellation policy.

If you cancel your appointment without giving us 24 hour notice, you will be charged 100% of your treatment cancelled. This applies too if you do not show up to your appointment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment we will not be able to do your treatment and you will be charged 100% for your treatment. We take great pride in our work and we will not jeopardise the quality of our work which would be effected if you show up late to your appointment.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

If you need to reschedule your appointment you can do this via your confirmation / reminder email. You can reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your treatment.

Patch Test

Patch tests are compulsory when making an appointment, please ensure that you book a patch test 48 hours before your appointment. The patch test will only take 5 minutes, we will ask you to fill out a form and we will patch test your wrist. You’ll be required to leave it on the skin for 24 hours and email us straight away if you have a reaction.

Failure to do so will result in your appointment being cancelled. The treatment deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable if your appointment was canceled as a result of not having your patch test.

Can I bring my child in with me to my appointment?

We are a child free studio. We do not think it is fair on our clients who are coming in to unwind, to allow children come to appointments. We do love to hear about your babas though so feel free to tell us all about them!

Vouchers

We have beautiful vouchers that you can gift to your friends and family. You can purchase a voucher in the salon, online, or over the phone and we’ll post your voucher, no need to pop into us. Purchase voucher online.

Student Discount

On Wednesdays, we offer a 15% Student discount on HD Brows. 10% Student discount on combination treatments: LVL Lashes & HD Brows & LVL Lashes & Lamination Brows.
